Dec 31 we received an unexpected package from Germany. What a great way to close 2014. Thank you very much for your generosity! Take a close look to the special packaging with the metal postcards or the 4×10 pellet packaging in gold for Airwaves. Click here for all new items in 2014.

We got another big donation as a result of an exchange with Amcor Tobacco Packaging Lachine Canada. Amcor is a global leader in responsible global packaging solutions supplying a broad range of rigid & flexible packaging products. Thank you so much! Click here for more images of the collection.

We received a very nice donation by Master Gum & Candies from Lebanon. It is an overview of their current Chewing Gum collection. Thank you so much! Click here for more additions to the collection.

In the last week of 2013 we had a special visitor from Wrigleys to have a look at the collection. Various items were carefully examined others are were inspected more swiftly. We are very thankful for the nice items added to the collection.

On May 5 we received a new package from Wouter in Norway. With this package our collection exceeds the 11.000 items! Thanks to Wouter an all other contributors. We still continue to collect new items.

In October we received a second box of gums from Moscow. This box contained an additional 104 items for our collection. Especially the series Wrigley’s 5 Gum, exclusive Orbit, special Stimorol Ice and additional Dirol packets. Thanks a again Fedor! A box of gums is send in return.

Hawaii, to me it sounds exotic. In October we received a very nice extension to our collection. We got a photo of a shelf with gums and we were able to send our wish list. What an effective way of selecting the gums wanted for the collection. See the photo’s below, on the left the photo of the shelf and on the right the new gums.

October is an extremely busy month. The collection has grown with over 225 items in this month only! Many thanks to all contributors! This month we also pass a magical barrier of 10.000 items in our collection! Wow that is a lot of gum! The number of new items in the collection this year will also be 40% higher as last year record of 877 new items. I think we can stand with our ‘slogan ‘DutchGum.nl, Serious Gum Collecting’.
